BANANA HONEY TOAST
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 4 Slices of Bread
• 2 tablespoons butter/ghee/oil (your choice)
• 3 elaichi bananas, sliced lengthwise
• Honey to serve
• Dry fruits (almond,pistas,cashews,apricot ) for Garnishing
METHOD:
Combine eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon and make a thick batter.Whisk with a fork until well combined.
Cut the sides of the slices of bread.
Keep the lengthwise cut Elaichi (small) bananas on one slice of bread. Keep the other slice over it & press it so that it holds well.
Dip the bread sandwich in the batter and shallow fry it with butter/ghee/oil, till its light golden brown.
Cut it into triangles..place it on a plate..pour Honey over it and garnish it with the Dry Fruits.
Serve it Hot for Breakfast or as an Evening snack.
