Ingredients:
Cherupayar parippu= 250 gm
Thenga= 2 nos
Sharkkara= 500 gm
Chukkupodi= 1/4 Spoon
Elakkapodi= 1/2 Spoon
Cheriya Jeerakam= oru nullu
Kashuvandi.Munthiringa,Thengakothu avashyathinu.

Neyyu,Kashuvandi,Munthiringa,Thengakothu enniva varukkanum,2 spoon payasathil ozhikanum venam.

Preparation Method:
1) Oru pathrathil cherupayar parippu ilam brown niramakunnath vare varakkuka (ekadesham 5-6 min)

Thanuthathinu shesham parippu 6 hour vellathil kuthirkkanam.Athinu shesham nannayi kazhukiya parippu thilacha vellathil vevikkuka.

2) Sharkkara vere oru pathrathil kurach vellamozhichu urukkuka

3) Ventha parippilekku sharkkara pani ozhikkuka.Athinu shesham thengayude randam palum,moonnam palum cherth kurukunnath vare ilakkikondirikkuka.Neyyu cherth veendum ilakkuka

4) Payasam avashyathinu kuruki kazhiyumpol onnam palu cherth ilakkuka.Ekdesham 4-5 minute kazhiyumpol jeerakapodiyum, elakkayum,chukkupodiyum cherth ilakkiya shesham vangivekkuka

5) Athinu shesham neyyil varutha kashuvandi,munthiringa ennivayum,neyyil varutha thengakothum cherthal swadishtamaya parippu payasam ready..
