White onion(neelathil arinjathu)-12
Green mulaku keeriyathu-6 nos
Uluva-2 tee spn
Mulaku podi-4 Table Spoon
Kurumulaku podi-1 Table Spoon
Vinagiri-3 cup

Preparation:
Fishil manjal podiyum saltum cherthu 1 hour vekuka. cheeni chatiyil oil choodaki fish itu neriya brown color akunnathu vare varukuka. cheeni chatiyile velichennayil nalla enna ozhikuka. Uluva pottichu inchi,veluthully,pacha mulaku enniva cherthu 1 minute moopikuka pinneedu mulaku podiyum , kurumulaku podiyum cherthu nallathupole ilakki enna thilakunnathu vare moopikuka. Vinagiriyum bakiyulla saltum cherthu 2 minute savadhanam thilapikanam.ithil varutha fish cherthu vangi choodaran vekanam. Thanutha shesham kupiyil pakaraam
